Pockets cut out, less weight and looks to have plenty of strength in its design.

There may have to be both designs.. I like the flat top, since I mainly show my car, and don't like dirt. People who are looking to get as light as possible would probably go for the pockets being cut out.

I have the original plates and was less than pleased with the increase in ride height. Had I known, probably wouldn't have purchased.

I'd like to see stock ride height and a retro kit for the original design.

Not much at about 1 third of a pound each side. I would view it as an aesthetic feature more than anything.

Of course not! These will work with SS and ZL1 as well

If we can make it work, we will definitely make new spring perches for the originals

This x 1 million times.

My Morenos are sitting on the bench because of the increase in ride height. I have the Z/28 setup on my 1LE and with the camber plates the front actually sits higher than the rear.

Bump?

Any updates on availability, and whether the ride height issue was fixed with the new design? Thanks!

Are these camber plates only used to get more negative camber than what you can get with the stock setup? Can you use them to adjust back and forth from street to track without getting an alignment?
