This Project could not have been possible if it wasn't for my husband and our friend who both have mechanic backgrounds and everyday they are fixing something.
This Project to put in the blower cam, the ID850s Fuel Injectors, and the supercharger kit took from 1/3/2017 to 1/8/2017. The Hotwheels took it's first breath as a supercharged Camaro on 1/8/2017!

First things first, you have to prep for this big of a job. Of course I washed the car lol. but we put the Hottie on race ramps and put on this amazing cover to protect her while she was under the knife.
The fender cover is made by badassfendercovers.

The engine started to be taken a part piece by piece. the old cam was taken out and the new Blower Cam from Brian Tooley Racing was installed.

After the cam the new LS3 valley cover went on. As you can see in the picture the new valley cover is flat, where my old one had a weird design on it.

After that the old springs in the heads came off and new ones were installed. The new springs are BTR dual platinum steel.

The head bolts have to be torqued down now. On another note, it's great to work on a Camaro with the LS engine. There's a lot of room in this engine bay! which makes working on the engine easier

I'm helping as much as I can but I don't want to get in the way either. Learning a lot about my car late at night, but can't leave these guys alone I would feel bad.

The new Intake Manifold went on afterwards!

Man, those 3 pass torques on the heads are no joke! Interesting way to do it there!

Thank you very much! I'm actually considering going to shutterfly or someplace like that and making a 'build book' to have them print out and send me. that way during car shows I'll place it in the trunk so people can flip through it if they'd like.
yes, I've already told my hubby who has a ZL1 to be prepared to lose on the track. I don't know if I can win, but it will be a tight race. he's done a few mods to his as well.

And now for the cherry on top! or in this case the Supercharger!!

The hoses get attached now. At this point, the guys are looking to see how to best run the electrical wires to be out of the way and look good. Also to take note of where the hoses are and how best to run them so they are out of the way and look good also.

One suggestion if you've not done it -- upgrade the Bosch pump for the varimax -- get the pnp harness -- you'll be amazed what additional flow does for the PD blowers...
