Yes with a flex sensor and tuning.

If the primary goal is just to have it show up on a dyno. Then yeah cai, headers and a tune won't get you there. You need a small cam and at that point it'd put you in the 430+rwhp zone

Mine made 315rwhp stock, and just shy of 370rwhp with Kooks LTs, their cats, UDP, tuning, CAI cold air. I went from 106 to 112 mph traps speeds.

This is true. I've seen local guys running e85/93 mix on stock injectors and fuel systems. this would put you over the 400whp mark.

Unless you're me, and e85 only gives you 12 hp and you're still only at 370. Have fun!

Long tubes are not a cure-all ultimate header design, perhaps the most popular but at 400 rwhp not worth properly spec'd headers just yet. Meantime look outside common jargon and brands toward better understanding of header design to suit your application goals (eg shorty tubes offer more HP) and overall you probably want a design to make the most of relatively mild HP output.
As mentioned above you will be close to 400 now, perhaps all you need to actually make power is some phaser love. There is plenty HP to be liberated by reviewing 2010 VVT phaser operation, and tweaking VVT spark and fuel as part of the VVE.
Flex fuel is not about HP so much with your setup, but will yield decent performance bump when you update the torque model.
