Do not miss it at all. The 5th gen is lightyears ahead of a 4th gen in every way.

Here is my 95 Z28 the day I traded it for my 14 SS:
I owned this car for 21 years, had a smidge over 99,000 miles when I sold it. I miss it from time to time, but my new SS is just so much more, and then some. This 95 Z28 was a little unusual because of the red roof bar, red mirrors and torch red interior. Had it been an LS1, I might have tried to keep it. Believe it or not, it still had the factory original OptiSpark when I sold it. This was a great car too - never did it leave my stranded and other than fuel and oil it never had any issues. |

I must respectfully disagree. I had zero issues seeing out the back window in my 2002 SS. 5th Gen Camaros much worse looking at the rear. My only problem I had with my 02 SS was the cheap/uncomfortable seats. I'm searching to buy a low mileage 01-01 SS now and I will have the front seats modified adding more/better foam. Also, I don't think you can compare the 95 and up Z/28s with the 01-02 SS. The 01/02 SS were great Camaros. Maybe the most underrated Sports Car in existence today along with the 90s ZR1.

I loved 4th gens, I had a bunch:
94 z/28 quasar blue 98 ss black 98 formula red 98 z/28 00 z/28 3 are race cars to this day. I might get another one to build on the side. But the 5th gen is a way different and better care. I dare not drive a 6th gen.

I miss my LE SS but I didn't sell it. There were two guys that apparently liked it more than I did.

Watcha do that for???? Hell no would I ever sell my 4th gen! J/K....the 4th gens are an interesting study. Very lightweight and lethal on the street, but they are an imperfect breed of car. I knew almost from the beginning that my 4th gen was a keeper, so I knew that my Camaro would influence the cars that I would buy after it. For what its worth, it still feels great on the road, and mechanically it is reliable.

Had a '93 Z/28 and an '01 WS6. Both black. Z was an auto and W was a manual. Both were great cars and put about 200K on both of them. Wish I could have kept them both, but that's the way things go! The only one I have kept is the '69, and that was the one to keep!

I loved the 4th gens as I grew up in high school racing around in them. I had a 94 z28 and my buddies had 99 and 01 SS, they were fun rides but they were always breaking down in one way or the other.
