It may be that the 2010 model may be worth more some day being the first year and all. Like the 63 Vette and 64 Mustang?

Given the great demand for this car, one thing is certain, the price of the car will start going up and fast. GM made it affordable in the first year to get the word out. Even with 44,000 built already, they are still a rare bird where I live. Every cop within 50 miles knows my car by now.

Go ahead and place the order. You'll undoubtedly be put on a waiting list with plenty of time to mull it over. My opinion is life is too short and uncertain. Be good to yourself.

I want to order the car, and if I order it now, I will get delivery in the spring roughly, which is perfect since I wouldn't have to deal with the winter months here.

It's just my main debate is order now for a 2010 production, or wait till the 2011 production, but then if I wait for the 2011 to be announced and then order, it will be roughly late summer/fall when I take delivery.

Like if I could time it so that I order my car and take delivery of the 2011 just after they make the switch would be awesome. But the timing is all up in the air on when they will switch the production years over :(

I was going to wait for this very reason but could hold out no longer. I am VERY glad I bit the bullet and got mine. I have had NO problems with mine, seems all the bugs worked out on the early ones. I am sure I will like some of the new features on the 2011 (HUD etc...) but not worth the wait for me, I waited long enough to have a Camaro again!

I've got a dumb question... So is the 2011 going to just be a convertible or will it be the same as the models out now, but with a few minor changes?

When the vert comes out it will be an additional model, sold along side the coupe.

Where did you get your info?

How does Sblade Silver differ from SIM and is Scottish Yellow closer to Bumblebee?
