The gist of this is for higher rpm operation gm engineerred the LS3 intake for a user friendly operating range. The ls7 intake runners are much shorter coming in at 6 7/8” long. I’m hoping to sacrifice 10trq to increase 10-12 hp for a range of 6200-6800. This is my next project in my build.

My 1LE was totaled not long after I received the doner intake. I needed to complete my c6 build to the point it’s at for max results of the project.

i just wish there was a manifold where the LS3 could make good power past 7000, not sacrifice the bottom end and not have to cut the cowl

im ok with getting a cowl hood. i just dont want to cut up my car
