then GMPP should make an CAI that actually adds HP? I have read a few articles where there CAI added 0 HP!

Just sharing so folks do not waste their money...

Thanks for the comments guys I'm going to contact GM directly to let them know what the dealership is trying to pull, and bring a copy of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, 15 USC, 2302 to the dealer. I'll let you know what happens.

FYI, the original intake is no longer available for this very reason. They are in
the process of redesigning their intake. New release date is unknown.

Just go to another dealer. I wouldn't go rattling cages and advertising straight to GM headquarters that you have modified your car in anyway and still expect warranty, I think they will be less tolerant. Don't go asking for trouble.
