Hate to break it to you...I have a 250 bottle collection and a 60 bottle wine cooler built into my island. I am far from affluent and straight as an arrow.

Wine states "hobby", thats all. Just like a ricer percieves your Camaro.

Nothing better than having a woman or friends over and breaking out a few good bottles of wine.

That something you shuold know first though, if he is into wine.
Unless your Fraisher Crane, most men don't sit around n drink wine while watching sports

As it sound like an after wedding bachlor party, its the new fad so your already bound by your vows and wont soil your last oat like some free men do before getting married.

Had that happen to some good friends, took about 6 months for them both to find out what the other did at their party and it was over.

What happened; He got some and she ate the worm.

The wine is a good idea...you could pair it with a set of glasses?

Anything personalized is a great idea...Just a single set of towels in a nuetral color embroirdered with thier initial is a great idea. Look in your yellow pages there are usually small independent shops that do it pretty cheap..
I agree with heather.

This is an AFTER wedding party. So the gift is for the man and the woman.

Is a bottle of wine any different than getting a gift card to a store they do not frequent, a movie theater gift card when they do not frequent theaters, or a generic gift? I am not knocking any other alternatives though...

Wine is a great alternative because it shows thought, class and appreciation. If you want to go for the easy out, put $30 in a card and call it a day.

Id still find out about the guy first, he may be sick of all the gifts for them both and nothing really for him. Im sure they got plenty of couple gifts. But if its a men only party, id get just hime something.

And of course wine is fine for a couples gift, but so would sex toys.
