Welcome the group I know that we had a great time with the PHASTEK guys at Camarofest, we brought a cold air intake and CAI installed it, thanks again to the guys at CAI also.

I just bought a Fuse Cover plate for my Camaro. Polished with SS on it. Looking forward to getting in on. I'll post a picture soon.

I'll post a picture soon. My only complaint with my Fuse Box cover is that for $160, the customer shouldn't have to go out and purchase his own tube of clear Silicone to properly and securely seat the cover. While the product is supposed to fit in a snug fashion over the original Fuse Box, it was not on firmly. As recommended by your sales staff, a few drops of clear Silicone on the inside of the new cover did the trick. But really, for $160, wouldn't it be wise to include a very small tube for the customer?

We understand your complaint and Ill be sure and bring it up to Billet Customs. As a parts distributor we have no control over what the manufacturer does or does not include with their product, nor the price. Our recommendations are based off customer feed back and our own assessments as we install the products on our personal vehicles. We apologize for the inconvenience. Ill definitely bring it to their attention. Thank you for your feed back and your engine bay looks great! I love the orange.

I completely understand your position, and I appreciate you passing along my comments. Great product though, I do love the look. Your organization has been very responsive to my communications, and I WILL work with you again. One last thing. I didn't receive your catalog with my last order, and I did add it to my order. Does it take a while to be mailed out?
