I don't care what you call the Camaro, just don't call mine BUMBLEBEE!!! lmao, seriously, that drives me nuts.

For whatever it's worth, not much, I used to call Camaros CHUMPmaros, or CHUMPS for short. I am a big Corvette fan, my brother was a big Camaro nut. He passed 17 years ago before owning a Camaro, he actually owned a Mustang II at the time of his passing, and now I own the car of his dreams. Funny how stuff works out that way.

Bigbird I can actually take. Bumblebee it's not. Wrong color, wrong frontend, wrong engine, no stripes and the list goes on....lol...

My wife does it to get after me, then I tell her the Camaro is sexier then her Cooper. Then she parks the Cooper in the garage... Yeah, it's coming, lol

I do remember a 400ci small block, though. I don't think it ever was a production, just bored and stroked 350ci, but I could be wrong. The small blocks had the middle exhaust ports next to each other (siamese) and the big blocks had them apart.

The Pontiac motors were more of a medium block, I think.

Edit: I finally googled: mouse motor small blocks were 262ci to 400ci
rat motor big block were 348ci to 454ci (crate motors went up to 572ci)
Small Blocks were mouse motors... big blocks were rats.... Production small blocks were from 262 to 400ci. Big blocks were most notably from 396 to 454ci. There was a production 400 ci small block, mostly used in trucks. It was a strong motor but not a very practical motor for hot rodding. While the 350 and smaller "production" motors had cylinders that were not connected at the webs between the cylinders, the 400 had cylinder exterior jackets that were webbed and therefore limited in the water flow used for cooling. As I stated, they were very strong motors in their factory configuration but not very durable for racing. That being said, there were a lot of people that created tons of power for drag racing with them. My favorites of the "rats and mice" were the 396 and the 350. Incredibly easy to create huge horsepower numbers and durable as hell. I built a 396 60 over with some very close tolerances in the cylinders due to pop top pistons and a huge cam. The completed motor was put back in it's original 71 SS El Camino. Yup, a P/U. A friend did some suspension work and the turbo 400 was built with a custom shift kit and a 2200 stall convertor. To say this car was bad was an understatement... There is one guy with a mouse powered camaro, 350, four speed, tunnel ram, dual quads, and he is probably still wondering what happened... SS Camino taillights disappearing in the distance... but this was many many years ago.... and he was is a very good friend of mine...

'Cmon guys, I can't believe none of you caught this The 396 being less than 400 CU IN would be a mouse motor using this definition yet it is a Big Block in the first sentance!
