We all come down for the first 2 or 3 weeks in August as well as once before rental season and once after rental season. I think we've been "regulars" for about 25 years.

When we first started going, noone heard of the OBX...now all I see are "OBX" plates on cars.

The OBX are one of the GREATEST places in the US. The beaches and the water is MUCH nicer than in NJ IMO.

OMG...that sooo makes me want to go on vacation!!! We go to the OBX every summer! We have a rather LARGE/LIFTED truck so we hit Diggers Dungeon and then drive down the beach! Corova 4x4 beaches, Southern shores. The spears and gills look great! Beach pictures always seem to show a car off the best, must be the natural light! It's a beautiful car!

The only thing better than visiting the OBX is living here. Its a beautiful area, great place to raise kids and a lot of r&r. I feel like I am on vacation here a lot of the year, except for those darn work days.

Sticker Witch: You did a great job cutting the spears I really liked your design. They were pretty easy to install. I hope you get a lot of business!!!!

Thanks. I really think the painted rims dress up the LS.

Dang, I wish you didnt tell anybody about this place 25 years ago. Still like paradise, but we are getting a little more commercial every year. Ocean front sand lots sold for $1,000 way back when. Can you imagine that?

Our first house was in KDH, off 4th Street. We are in Manteo now. Hope to stay forever.

looks great and I agree the OBX are awesome! Moved down to Greenville for work 3 years ago from Wisconsin and I try to make it to the OBX as much as I can during the year. I don't miss the cold but for some wierd reason I do miss the snow once in awhile.

I bought my car in Greenville - Phelps Chevrolet. They were great. I went to ECU for grad school. It was a long commute and I am happy it is over

Do you like Greenville? Im happy to see snow once a year. I do want to take my kids sledding one day.
