I am keeping the time around our normal meet times of the past 11:45AM and 12PM, roll out at 12:45PM. The list is going to be posted as soon as i get it, hopefully they will email it to me today. I will post this in the DEL NY thread good idea.

I can make some sort of database/inventory once the list gets posted to keep track of whats been purchased. (Hint Hint: Spaceballone email me the list asap so I can get that set up ahead of time!) Then it will pretty much come down to making sure you say you either bought it or going to go and get it soon so that it gets taken off the availability list so doubles are not purchased, unless someone can come up with something better. Due to the fact it is 2 weeks away, I could always set up some sort of wishlist on Amazon/Target/wherever so that there is no chance of doubles, but then if it isn't a local store front you will be waiting on shipping which shouldn't be a problem, but will cut it close.

That is a great idea, i was thinking along the same lines. I have to listen to my voicemails because i think they just tried calling me. But i will def get that to you right away and we can then post where people can go to check off. I am getting alot of positive feedback for this and have posted in the other surrounding thread and hopefully we can make this one great surprise for the kids.

I am also going to go around to the local food places to see if they can donate some food for us and the kids. That way people can get a bite before they roll home.
