Yeah, my V6 was one of the weak ones from the factory. I haven't asked the dealership to take a look at it because they will likely just tell me that it is within spec and there is nothing they can do about it. I followed the break-in procedure in the owner's manual and babied it for the first 1500 miles. I guess I should have done a hard break-in instead.

If I have problems with it and need to have them really figure out what is going on, I'll just have the stock exhaust setup put back on before I take it in.

I tried to tell her how much money we would be saving by buying it now, but her Expedition needs tires right now, group buy or not!
