IMO the cold start of the LS7 is second to none. The way it just barks to life makes heads turn. The LS3 of my 1LE also sounded good on a cold start but the LS7 just sounds nasty in comparison.

Put a some money into the motor and it will bark all the time. My Z/28 turns heads every where I drive it, just because of the way it sounds.

I can only do so much without getting bumped into a crazy class. No internal mods at all. Pretty much just bolt-ons.
