I have the same wheels and used the Gorilla "Original System" lock system PN:71643N. I had John at CCW check to make sure that all dimrnsions were correct before using them. They look perfeck with these wheels.

First pics of the car "out in the wild" taken with my phone, wanted to get a shot of the 315's from the rear.

Actually it's both the red and the blue. It really comes down to what clearance do you have at both points. Could you check specifically in the rear. You are probably like me and are getting the Pfadt Coilovers because that have a 3" overall diameter versus the 5" of the factory ones. My car is a little different in that it is tubbed, but we want to try and keep the stock suspension mounting points so we don't screw up the geometry of the IRS.

Thanks !
No big deal, first of all, I have no problem admitting I had to go look up what it means to "be tubbed" and now I can understand your question about clearance in the rear. I am assuming the two points you are most worried about are indicated by the red and blue arrows below, am I correct in this assumption? Sorry to draw this out in the thread but want to make sure I can get you the answer you're looking for...

LOVE those wheels... I had them on my 2002 Z06... and well... LOVE them...

but do yourself a favor NOW... I talk from experience... CHROME them or be ready to waste 4 hours (at least) to keep them somewhat clean.... either CHROME them or paint them.. but do NOT leave then as they are.. you will hate yourself....

Putting clear on them is probably the best way to go. You will lose a little shine from the clear. But you also be able to repaint them anytime in the future. Overall you wont need to do a deep cleaning on them every weekend.

I have polished aluminum wheels on three cars. I wash the car like anyone else does and about every three months i hit the wheels with NeverDull (any high quality polish will do) and then wax them. I really dont think its that hard to keep them looking good.....just a little elbow grease every couple/three months. Usually takes me about an hour per wheel w/my OCD kickin in

Thinkin about getting one of those "power balls" that you can use on a drill to speed things up a bit??
