Unhappy

Sorry to hear about your car. Unfortunately it's something I worry about all the time, but I'll be damned if I'm going to let some a-holes dictate when and where I drive my car!

I feel your pain. Sounds like you got it worse than I did. I'm leaving mine with the body shop for three days, dropping it off this morning. Yes, insurance will help but I have a $500 deductible...

Sorry dude, I have come to grips that my excitement about this car has been disproportional to it's place in my life so I am down to telling myself it's just a car and nothing worth me going to prison for.

Sorry about your Camaro - definately sucks - unsure if even a Viper would've sounded its alarm on a keying...

Last Christmas my wife was doing some shopping. Came out to find a key mark in the fender. Last place was wal-mart. Went in and checked the cameras. nothing touched it. Turns out somebody wanted her spot at the mall, and got mad that she pulled in before them. Came out keyed. Some people are cowards.

Sorry to hear that horrible story. You know it had to take some time to do all that damage, or a gang of idiots. I don't know how some people can live with themselves. Good luck with the repairs.

unfortunately this has become the norm in our culture. Everybody expects everything for nothing...deserved or not.

Glad mine isn't a daily driver...hopefully I'll be able to avoid this type of situation.

When you have an entire half of our society that indoctrinates the "have nots" with the notion that all the "haves" are rich and therefore evil, and victimized the "have nots" so they could have all their "ill gotten gains"... well it's not really surprising to see this kind of idiocy. When they preach anti-capitalism to the ones that are the easiest to make unhappy and get them worked up in a state of anger and rage at the "injustice"; they probably actually believe they are lashing out at the "evil rich" when they do things like this.

Even though the insurance will cover it minus your deductible, it still sucks to have this happen. I know whenever I had any of my cars broken into and stereos stolen and such it always felt like I had been personally violated. Even though I knew it wasn't personal it was still a terrible feeling.

I bet it was someone who was jealous, who stepped down to the lowest level to key your car just because they cannot have it. Happened to my Uncle, I found out it was one of the guys I knew from school and yeah....
