Looks like you did it right. Let the first guy pay high sticker price and a year's worth of depreciation, and you still get basically a new car for a hell of a lot less. Congratulations.

Let me guess....was the seller all ga-ga over the new C8 and that was his motive to sell?
It worked out good for you if that was the case. Congrats again.
