No, it's not a regional thing.

The 'Conquest' program we speak of is a program for current GM employees, I believe just salaried employees to offer GMS pricing to two people in order to increase sales during the month of December. It is a true GMS deal. There is no additional 'conquest' monies available. However, USAA and the Alt60 rebates are still available to the customer.

The person using the discount MUST have a NON-GM vehicle registered to their address.

Hope this helps.

PS....if there are any other GM Employees lurking here that qualify for this program and will not be using it, how about PM'ing me and offering the discount to me? Help me SELL MORE CAMAROS. I have one more car available that could use this discount before the program ends 01/05/2010.

I have a buddy on the other side of the pond you may have heard of...Camaro Scotty...that I am sure could put one to use!

I've given out both of my GMS.

The Camaro doesn't qualify for Conquest and GM employees can only give supplier pricing to friends. There is nothing on the GM website about this and I chatted with an operator, too. So, how do I explain this to my dealer?

Show him this thread.

The GM employee knows what to do too.

So what date are you able to get a GMS code from a GM employee. So you have to own another american car? Can the other car be a 2008? Trade in?

I believe it is during the month of December only. You must own any NON-GM car and provide the VIN. Yes, the car can be a 2008 and you DO NOT have to trade it in.

Hope this helps!

Duke, I spoke with your salesperson. Seems like a pretty nice guy. He knows what needs to be done for you to take advantage of this great deal!

And congrats on getting your new Camaro!

Yes, but you MUST take delivery of the car in December. When is your car being built? Will it be here in time?
