I had gotten two different style 18 inch wheels from Tire rack that didn't fit. Each set interfered with the stick-on caliper weights. They took them back without any problems. I now have 20's on the car with Blizzak snows that work great. Thanks TireRack.

Now with the new caliper weights that appear to stick out even further I can understand their reluctance to recommend any 18 inch wheel.

There's zero doubt that 18's can fit around the Brembos.. my '68 has a 14" rotor inside of 18" wheels.

This is a 2006 Corvette Z06 Front wheel. It fits the rear of my Camaro without spacers or different lug studs.

18"x 9.5"

I haven't tried to see if it fits over the front calipers.

Robin

Do you have any further out shots? This is something I've been asking to see and everyone says "it wont work" without even trying it.

I just looked and no I don't have any shots further out. I might have them on another computer. The wheel/tire looks like ass because of the smaller diameter. I run those when I race for traction and more effective gear ratio.

I would think that a taller aspect ratio would make them look better.

If I find some pics I will post em up.

You've been asking the wrong people LOL

Some on here have been running the 18" Z06 wheels on the back with drag radials since last summer.

OrangeChevyII's car w/Z06 wheels before he went to diff. setup.

I know one thing. The stock 19's from the 2LT do not fit over the from Brembos on a 2SS. I had to use a spacer. They were scraping the brembos.
