check your intake track out and see if you are getting oil in the intake.

My car is turbo charged so that increase's my crank case pressures alot and needs to be vented better than stock. I have also found that GM engineers designed these engines to be positive crank pressure all the time. But a friend on a very very popular corvette team advised me which ports to vent on these motors. Car revs quicker now thanks to the venting of the lower crank pressure.

I would be glad to explain to anyone how to do this process.
I am interested in knowing the proper venting process.

I love comments like this...

Go educate yourself on PCV...the engineers DESIGNED the system that is feeding the oil vapor back into the intake...so, yeah...they know about it.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PCV_valve

for those that 'haven't used a drop' (the LS3 takes over 8 quarts, not sure that even A QUART would show up on your uber precise dipstick ) or 'don't see any value'...here's some pics of the contents that I drained from my catch can after 2500 miles. (the container in pics is a rattle can lid)

If you care about your engine, install a catch can. Remember those commercials about "oil sludge?" Catch cans significantly reduce this condition. Should be one of the first mods to your car - they are cheap, easy to install and will protect your engine over the long haul. Moroso makes a great one that is easy to empty because it uses a valve (don't have to screw the bottom half off).

Every engine can benefit from a catch can, and they don't need to be blinged out either, I along with alot of other people are just running a modified seperator from home depot or lowes, works like a charm and it all came out to 19.75

100 miles...
