Listen closely with your headphones and you can here some subtle difference... the differences are much more pronounced in person... and as I mentioned the 90 minute drive seems to really improved the sound...

So here it is:

Great post scrming! I printed out your pics to give the installer as this will be a first for them. It may help them with what's involved.

I decided to get them installed at my dealer. I trust their work and they're giving me a break at $60 per hr. Hope they can get it done in 4 hrs.

Your pics may help!

scrming....do you plan on doing a dyno with the JBAs, and then a dyno again after you've done the tune?

D'oah! I realized I didn't take a top side picture when the install was finished!

So I went out and got one now... updated original post with a nicely discolored header... LOL

Very nice, definitely cleans up the sound. Maybe another 4-6hp or so but definitely cleans up some raspiness.

The install was pretty straight forward... the only time we really stopped and double checked was the part on where to cut the stock down pipe... Seemed like things would have ended up way to short... but it turned out that's exactly where it needed to be cut and things fit great! LOL

Josh used a band clamp as a guide:

Hoping to dyno both the JBAs and the tune in the same session... do a couple pulls with the stock tune which should give me an idea on what I picked up with the JBA... and then load up the Trifecta tune and see what that looks like... right now I'm going to shoot for Jan 9th...

Scrming your right the headers made the exhaust sound even better! I have expensive head phones and I noticed right away that it smoothed out the exhaust even more! So from version 1.0 to version 2.0 with JBA headers it sounds smooth! Can't wait for some take-off vids and dyno results!

Nice. T-minus 1 hour to I hit the dyno and see what, if any, I gained with the headers. I'm hoping for 5-7rwhp and 7-10rwtq. My fingers are crossed, lol!!
