That chrome script looks pretty nice. Might have to try it.

$7 vs. $53 for me, take your pick???

What a lot of people don't realize is that a lot of things are originally mass produced in Asian countries and resold here at a marked up price. Not all products are exactly the same but many of them are. Even many of the original GM parts were produced in China, original factory rims for one.

I should point out;
Although my pic is from a crappy camera taken about 10 years ago, if you look closely enough you'll see the edges of the badging are rounded.
The edges of the OP's badge in post #1 look to be very squared off and lead me to believe it's not an OE badge. Just my opinion

Appreciate your eye for detail.
Beautiful '69, by the way. Love re color.
The pics I found were from the site itself. If I decide to do this, I would like to be close to correct but not perfect as they are going on a 2010. But I do want it to look right...why I was asking if anyone had these on their Camaro to see if they looked right and if the item was quality.

Check here as well. I'm sure all the OEM badges have pins on the back that will have to be cut off to use them, mine did. I bought a set of "cowl induction" emblems from them.

Those are the same I had on my 1970 Chevelle SS, very nice. I guess that's another consideration to be made is the fact you will have to mod the emblems if they are period correct. They will be cast metat parts with mounting posts that need to be removed and then some sort of adhesive solution to mount them. It may make more sense to buy a more modern emblem made from plastic with 3M adhesive already applied. Original emblems will be rigid and may not conform to shape of the fender as well and of course being metal will always need to be cared for properly or pitting will start. Even if they are not perfect replicas I think the look you are going for will still be achieved and look fine.

As stated before...being period correct is not a priority. As close as I can get will work. And, as said....different materials, ways of application, etc play a role. Personally, I like the idea of paying tribute, in a way, to one of the greatest muscle cars ever made (imo). And, of course, the fun of making my car, one that's slightly different than the others.
