To get actual offers, go on Carvana, vroom and carmax. I made nearly 75% on my 10 RS I owned for a yr and put 13k miles on. Sold it to Carvana. Put the cash into a beautiful 45th anniversary RS last month.
I don't think it's 5th gen magic necessarily. It's just an insane market. I bought the 10 RS in July of 2020 with 44k miles. Granted, the timing was great and it was a great deal because the owner was desperate to sell, but how you buy determines your fate when you're ready to sell. Do I think 5th gen prices will go down to pre-covid levels? I don't think so as long as inflation on everything is kicking our butts. But used car prices in general are beginning to crack, that I see for sure. Used inventory is now sitting on the lots, and I didn't see that in the previous 4 months.
