Ordered the Detroit speed caster kit for the front, and adjustable Toe Rod for the rear along with Under car brace, 1" Hotchis drop springs and BMR Tailing rms and sway bars. Hopefully I like the set up.

Everything is in except the Brace, I hope to get it installed this week.
JPSS aggressive street is the specs I guess I'll use, I'll be adding ZL1 rims and tires after I get alignment done is that a problem? The Tires on my SS Rims are brand new, the ZL1 rims have used OEM Tires and would rather align it with new tires, not sure if it matters. I hope the specs are not to much for street use.

I've never noticed any problems with the aggressive specs, but I don't put a lot of miles on it. I haven't noticed any tire wear problems though. If this is mostly just a daily driver and highway cruiser and you are doing the suspension upgrades for the hell of it, you might go with stock settings. If you want a backroad curve carver go with aggressive settings.

It's not a daily driver but if I want to go on a 1,000 mile trip I would like to be able to do so with out any real negatives. My Last 3rd Gen that I used to track, was not the most enjoyable ride on the road.

The aggressive alignment will be fine as far as how it feels, the increased caster will make it better on the highway. I think the only possible down side to the alignment might be increased tire wear. You may find your other changes to be a problem though.

The drop springs and stiffer sway bars will make the car stiffer and change how the ride feels much more than any alignment setting.

So I am installing suspension items next week and will be following the JPSS Aggressive Street, I have picked up OEM ZL1 rims with 285/35/20 front and 305/35/20 rear, Does this change anything regarding the Alignment specs?

I’m running 315/35-20 and 275/40-20 and works for me. I don’t remember any discussion on tire size making a difference (within reason) for alignment settings.

Yeah, it shouldn’t make any difference in your alignment choice. You can adjust your sway bar settings if you decide to change front:rear bias

That's what I thought just wanted to verify. Hopefully I like these settings, I don't feel like getting it aligned again to change it if I don't.

I put on those rims and same size tires and then got the aggressive street alignment, no problems.

Axe55 how do you like the way the car handles now? Any issues with Daily driving? Tire wear?
