The reciprocating saw method works. After practicing on the remaining Bushing on my old Housing, I removed the Rear Cover Bushing with very little damage to the Cover.
Tips: Cut nearly through the sleeve Use a High-speed rotary tool (Dremel) to cut the lip Work carefully with the Hammer and chisel Take your time. It took about 1/2 an hour to remove |

Finally got it all back together over the weekend. Everything seems fine. Made the 60 mile commute to work this morning with no issues. Let's hope for the best.
