You won't believe me, but yesterday I downloaded this photo of you to my computer as a pattern for my cutouts

https://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=580230

You write there that you need to cut the flanges at the right angle so that they point roughly at the rear wheels and not out.
Do I get it right?

Very cool, great minds think alike!! And yes, on the flanges you weld to the pipe you want to angle them just a tad toward the rear, the bend in the pipe will allow you enough room to do that.

How did you make such nice oval holes?
I assume you drilled / cut it on the car, directed it, fastened it with a few small welds, and then took it off and welded it.
I really like it.

Yes sir, a plasma cutter makes nice holes like that. But you can use a torch to do it as well just it won't look that pretty. On the flange angle if I was to guess how much we angled it, I would say about 1/2 inch is what we took off each one. And yes you are correct, we measured, cut, tacked on the car to make sure we had clearance for the actuators/motors, then took the center section of the exhaust off and welded it up, then re installed. We ran the cables inside the frame rails, you will see them off the side of the body seam and up thru a rubber plug under the driver/passenger seat and under the carpet, and I put my toggle switch inside my console and pulled power from the 12v power plug inside. I didn't opt for the wireless fob.

Plasma ... I didn't think of that.

I'm still thinking about how to do it.
Anyway, I will prepare and cut the flanges, then I will draw them and arrange with a friend to welded it for me.

I would like the same clean holes as those and flanges that do not interfere with the exhaust pipe at all.
Just clean work.

As for the connection and welding, I have professionals around me, so I entrust it to them.

Awesome! Also take note, the flanges are angled DOWN just a tad as well so the actuator billet blocks clear the floor boards. Good luck my friend!!

Yes, I noticed that they are bent downwards.
3 locations must be focused.
Slight downward slope.
Pointing to the rear wheels.
And the means on both exhaust pipes.

I'll have to measure it directly on the car, weld in small places and then make holes and grind.

Yeah ... it may seem like I'm going through a lot . But it's me
Everything in detail

I'm the same way. Just take your time, measure, angle and double check before you cut and weld anything!! Once you take it out, ya can't put it back. lol. Good luck.
