Rolling along...

I could live with it. I'd probably have it closed 90% of time anyhow and just have the shade pulled back to let the light in or watch the rain fall while I'm sitting in traffic.
What I really want to know is who do you have to know at GM to get your hands on the one-off red RS just to advertise your raffle? And who do I contact to buy a ticket (seriously)?

Well I was debating between the sunroof and the standard reverse mohawk and these pics have settled it for me: reverse mohawk it is.

You are exactly right - -we could put a sliding sunroof on the Camaro that slides into the roof -- BUT -- you would lose a considerable amount of headroom (bad for those of us over 6 feet tall -- ) -- OR -- raise the roof which completely ruins the look of the car. (trust me - we tried it.....) |

I'll have to test drive both a hard top and a sunroof.will want to hear the noise with it open and closed.see how it looks from the inside.then i'll make my decision.

I am a fan of the sunroof that slides into the roof and not this type of one. Reason being I am rarely going to have it open during the summer in vegas with the sun beating down, so I usually have it open during night driving, and i like to have a big opening to stick my hand up into and what not. I can't tell how big the opening is on this one so I will reserve judgment for later. I also completely understand, being a tall guy, that it was needed to be built this way to make the headroom. I also assume its an automatic?
p.s. door handles do look good =) |

Um isnt the bigger picture , is where do I buy a raffle ticket for the car or how did they get a completed car to give away?

Man, I'm torn. I kind of like the look with the lid being on the outside. Can't really explain why, I just do. On the other hand, I would think that the amount of wind force pressing down on it over time would eventually cause some issues. But I'm certainly not a car designer so for all I know the aerodynamics of the car cancel that out. I wasn't planning on getting the sunroof anyway so I guess this doesn't affect me much, but I thought I'd throw in my two pennies anyway.
There are door handles?

My impala has the same style of sunroof that opens out the top. I thought the same thing, it does look fragile (< That must be french
). But i ALWAYS have it open. My sunroof is constantly being opened and closed and i even have it open on the highways but it works like new still.
