That back seat is only there to keep ins. costs down....... And for the comedy feature when you watch a full grown adult try and fit themselves back there.

I'm good with the Camaro having 2 smallish rear seats. I grew up having to twist and bend getting into the backseat of a '70 Nova and now my kids will have the same great experience getting into the backseat of my Camaro.

Oh, and if the back seat size is a problem, go get a Dodge Charger. I parked next to a guy this weekend while going out for lunch and he said he really wished he could have gotten a new Camaro (had a '67 and '83) but ended up stuck in a Dodge Charger SRT8 instead because he needed 4 doors for his 2 kids. Must be nice to have a Dad that gives up a 2-door coupe so his kids can get in and out of the backseat easier. Mine will have to suffer.

Smile The Camaro doesn't have the smallest back seats

The Camaro doesn't have the smallest back seats. The 911 has back seats, at least the older ones. They fold down and provide a shelf, which is how I've most often seen the car configured. Look at the bright side, no one will ask you to drive the car pool.

The car is not for all. Sacrifices made for speed and style. Not going to get more space till next model.

There is ALOT of leg room for the driver and passenger, if you scoot up the front seats you could get someone back there, but an adult is still not going to be super comfortable...

Personally, I plan on planting my a$s in the driver seat and leavin it there

given the long wheelbase, if you look at other generations of Camaros---you would expect more room then there is.
(alot of room in front--thats where it went)
But as with the whole car--they gave up everything in the name of form (or style)--no function.

My third gen has a HUGE backseat! A big Camaro and a small one, and the smaller one having a bigger backseat, that's just weird.

I'd be just fine if it had no rear seat at all. It's just extra weight to me.
