You're talking about the little black rubber circles that go in the bottom of the cup holder, right? (or is there something I'm missing too?)

I sucked mine up in the vacuum cleaner and had to retrieve them.

Go to a dollar store and buy a foamy type plate mat in the color you want and cut to shape.

One more reason I vacuum my own, plus if I do suck something up I can retrieve it. Besides, between the seats and door is impossible to vacuum without the right attachment. 1 gallon shopvacs work great and have just as much suction as car wash vacuums.
