Same thing happened to me, back in May when I picked up my car I got 200 miles and the chin spoiler came off. (Early one without the rivets)
One month later, GM finally sent me the new chin piece. My painter painted it IOM and when they went to install it, it was a V6 chin. So GM ordered a new one. Two months later, I finally got the right one. Good news is GM paid to have it painted and installed, since it was their screw up. Bad news was that my car was missing the front chin spoiler from May through July, 3 months.
