If I am going through the traps, I am going to be faster stock factory ratio gear with a "TUNE" only or perhaps the same if not FASTER with leaving the "TUNE" alone (for discussion purposes only here now) but just add a 4.10 gear.

If traction is the same, you will be quicker with the 4:10s.
Since your local shop will have to "tune" your speedo for the new gears, Im sure they will make you a package deal on a Tune and gear install. If not, we are right off I-75 here in Cincinnati and I will make you a deal.
