I believe these are one off special editions put out by Autotrader or one of the Car Sales mags you find on the newstand or in gas stations.
Interesting keepsake at least.

I bought this magazine yesterday at Target where I live. It's a good magazine and worth buying if you run into it. I wish this was a monthly magazine though that would be awesome.
