Its easy Nexus......you order them and they are sent to the courthouse of your county. They keep them till you come in to pick them up, which is where you have to give them the VIN info to the car the plates are going to be registared to. I did it....works like a champ.

It would not surprise me but people need to remember what country we all live in and leave it alone (1st amendment to our constitution and all). I'm the type that would make a long drawn out legal battle with the state and use my past career to access the media. I'm all for allowing people express themselves whatever way suits them best. It's not like I have a 4-letter "bad word" on my plates.
