I see what your saying but are you just lookin at the lights?? If so.... the lights on the left are rs package. Lights on right are standard. I think the "eyes" as you say that catches the observer's eye are the RS version.

Thanks for posting that HooliganZ

I like the SS Facia better ... I know a lot of you like the V6 lower facia but the SS has sharper lines and less of the rounded look.. I guess to each is his own but there is not a super big difference...

X4 Dragons' comparison really shows the difference in the rooflines, to me, and I have to say that the more I see the prepro' the more I like their roofs. They look more proportionate than the Concepts' in that I think the Concept looks too chopped - like it's too deliberate; almost like a 300, Magnum, and such. Their beltlines are pretty high but rooflines a really low and I just think the prepro' just plain looks more fluid.

They both look great, showing how seriously GM took the V6 this time. It's a real competitor.

Yeah that's kinda what I thought... I thought they were going to be almost identical with the RS package, - the mail slot on the SS & badge, and other subtle differences...

Or we just talking V6 w out RS package VS V8 w out RS Package?

With them side by side (great idea by the way), I like the depth of the SS but I think I like the shape of the V6 lower grill, and the placement of the fog lights. Just personal preference. Oh and I don't like the fake scope.

I like them both...I think it is a good thing that they look similar but they also have their differences so it is pretty easy to tell them apart if you know what you are looking for...so I will be happy with which ever one i get.

Aside from the overly busy grille insert, I still like the SS better.

Ok, for those who still think that the RS package has anything to do with the front bumper... NO. The V6 has it's front and the SS has it's front. Aside from the headlights and badge, the RS package changes nothing about the front end.
