I have raced at Lakeland many times and I heard the rumor as well. My understanding is that sat. night competition will now be for imports, while V8 machines are relegated to test and tune. Bad move in my opinion, with muscle car intrest/ownership on the rise.

There is less insurance liabilty if you only allow slow cars to race...
