I don't like imports, including the GTR. They are a lot faster than an SS though and should be for over double the price. My hope is that the Z28 gives it a run for 25K less.

I saw one on the road last week. They do look good.

If i remember right, I think it's a caste iron block. However, I am not a fan of the automatic transmission in that the computer does everything for you.

Besides tint, vinyl and powder coated wheels I don't think he's done any work to it. He said he ordered "something" last week but he didn't say what.

And yeah .. matte black is kindof a fad, but he seems to love it .. and he recently got it RE-vinyled because someone hit him (I guess not too hard) and messed up the vinyl on one side of the car (the body is fine though).
