Yes this grille does look nice. IF the Heritage didn't exist then I prolly would have been interested in this one.

Well I'm with you on this one. At first I was wanting the Heritage grill but the more and more I see pics of this thing I do not like it whatsoever. I think it takes away from the front end looks especially from a profile view, I don't like the gap that is left in between. Heritage grille honestly looks plain Jane even painted. Right now the stock grill is still the best looking IMO.

Funny but many of the reasons given here for people not likeing it are reasions i do like it...
Well if we all liked the same things wouldn't this be a dull world.. everybody driving the same make and model car of the same color and options.. BORING!

its different from stock. not better or worse. if the car had come with the heritage, and the current stock was aftermarket, people would be flocking to buy the aftermarket. its all about trying set yourself apart.

that said, i'm keeping the stock.

I wanted ths grill when I saw it at SEMA. loved it and wanted
my car to be different (10 white cars in our group). Well, I have
it now and not in love with it anymore but I like it. I'm glad I
added more than just the grill. My wife does not like it.

If the stock grille looked good to begin with, they wouldn't have needed to produce a Heritage grille--which is no improvement to me. The factory just needs to design a better looking standard grille.

I like the Heritage Grille. I'm going to order one. I'm going to have it painted Victory Red, but I'm going to leave the pieces over the parking lights black. That way it will show off the grille more.

i liked the heritage grille when it first came out. then everyone start posting pictures of it and it lost its appeal to me. then i saw a lot of v6 2005+ mustangs, and i know i know, to me, the heritage grille is SIMILARLY designed. granted not the same, but too similar imo. i think its just the shape and that paint matching. i'm glad i never changed my stock one. the more people change to the heritage, the more mine looks aggressive haha.

btw, i'm not bashing it or anyone who put on that grille. just not for me.

Guess so does the 69 Camaro with the RS package from which the heritage grill was designed to resemble...

I liked the looks of the Heritage grille after seeing it in Dale Jrs car. Just reminded me of the 69 RS front, (I agree with you Skyman 08) Just my opinion. Nothing wrong with the stock grille, but liked the looks of the Heritage better.
