Kids get hurt every day no matter where they sit. as I stated the air bag is disabled, the car u speak of probably didn't have the ability to turn the ab off. I sort of expected a response like this though. I'm within MI. Law and it is perfectly safe.

how did you disable the airbag?

She does not weight enough to turn it on. Maybe disabled was the wrong word to use.
