Griot's Garage. they have a website. I just bought their long handle brushes made exactly for that purpose, they are awesome. I think 3 are only $10 or so. They have the most insane amount of car care products you will ever dream of. have fun

Definitely get the DAYTONA EZ brush (should be orange/red). Its stronger than the blue one, much improved design.

I havent done it yet to my camaro but I usually just take off the rims twice a year and wash them down real good with some car shampoo then wax em. When I wash the car normally I just stick my hands in there and wash what I can reach with a towel. The waxing helps things from sticking so bad.
