68RS-10SS/RS and I are going for sure. I thought the only way we could reserve at time was to go as a club and pay once there. I do not remeber (I will check the site) if there is a minimum number for doing it the club way. That is why I hope we have several go down.

My parents made a reservation for just them, but they are doing the $250 VIP drive. I haven't decided which I am doing thats why I want yalls opinions. I wonder if they would consider the 3 of us (4 if fbody brings both cars) as a group since we will be representing our car club? Someone feel up to giving them a call?

Can you ask them who they contacted to do the $250 thing? That is what I want to do as well.

I believe they just called the main number (I don't know it off the top of my head but I know its on the okcamaros page)

We thought about the $250 donation, but I don't know how much we will have left over after spending a lot going to Fest, then buying who knows what at the Fest.

I don't know if I will take both cars(I know I wont' if I do the $250, we will just take 68RS-10SS/RS's 2010 Camaro)

I hope some more members from the Tulsa area go, but I would like to drive down together as a group.

Sounds like a plan, I won't have $250 to spend I KNOW!!! Maybe those of us not doing the $250 can grab dinner somewhere as a group. Lets plan to drive down together.

I like your plan. We can talk about details during the Fest trip. Dinner sounds good. I bet we can find a fine place in the area.

Maybe I can talk some other Tulsa area members to go. (hint, hint, if you all are reading this). If we did happen to take 2 cars, I would probably take 68RS-10SS/RS's 68 RS convertible instead of mine.

If I do the $250 deal, I will still plan on eating dinner with you all. I'm not that much in to the event dinner. Of course thats only if I have money left from bein on vacation this week!

I didnt reserve a group trip because a few people are wanting to do the 5 laps for 250 and others dont. . .not sure how this will work out as a group. . .

I keep trying to call the person in charge of the event to see about paying ahead of time. I have left three vmails and she doesnt return my call

I think we could all go down together and just see. Sounds like a lot of people show up for this event (from the Texas thread).

They finally returned my call. I am all set up. The VIP laps start at 5pm.

Who all is going and what time does everyone want to leave?

68RS-10SS/RS and I are going, but not doing the VIP laps. I guess we can't do laps until 7 PM at the earliest, but we can go down early so we can go with you and the others. I guess it depends on what you want to do before (like eat). I was thinking maybe around 1 PM?

I think 4 or 5 are listed on the local, events web page. I hope others decide to go, especially from the Tulsa area, so we don't have to drive to OKC by ourselves. (hint to Tulsa area folks)
