Im hoping that there will be no issues with mine when she comes. knock on wood

I was watching a car show recently and the guy made a good point about this very thing. He was saying how most new cars these days are made up of roughly 20,000 parts, so even if your car is 99.99% perfect...there are still 20 parts on that vehicle that aren't! Good perspective!

GM is not cheating you. With any car, especially a first production car you have to expect features will be added if you buy early. I understand it sucks to miss it by 10 days but you signed the papers knowing there was no parking assist. Just because GM decided to include it at a later date does not entitle you to have it. You knew what you were paying for when you bought the car. Sorry to sound harsh but there is no way they can make everyone happy. It is just business.

Yeah it is a first year so you have to expect some minor problems. You have 3 years bumper to bumper. I lost a nut on my spoiler yesterday so I had the dealer fix it. Not that I couldn't but if they had to put lock nuts on I didn't want to spend my night running around finding the right size and fishing out the washer and nut in the trunk.

I do have a questions though. Does anyone else hear a tick around the windshield when going over bumps. No big deal, but can't figure out for the life of me where it is coming from.
