Personally, I'd go with cyber grey stripes on a black car. Black on black would be too hard to notice. Even with the grey its easy to miss.

Ford sells the Cobra with black on black stripes. Matte stripes, just like that Camaro has.

I tried to order my black SS with black stripes and could not. The dealer told me that I would have to order them and put them on after delivery. I want matte black stripes as well, but I have not found a stripe kit that I really like yet.
