Thanks oliver, I can't take credit though. My paint guy had it that way when I picked it up, stating "it sounded like you trusted me, so I did this...". I did trust him, and now I trust him even more.

i did the same thing with my bowites but i put silver where the orange is on the bowties and blacked out my taillight bezels and my car is SIM, looks good

, I'll be grabbing CAI's CAI myself. I'm still deciding on what I want to do with the rims, I think I'll stick with the stock ones for a while and see how I like them. My other rim option would be to do what you have done which is to paint or powdercoat the stock rims black.

It was a difficult decision to paint them, but I'm glad I did. It completes the look I'm going for. They did such a good job on the stock 20's that I couldn't imagine putting down a couple grand on new ones. They look like they did on the Chevy site when I put on the RS package, so I had to pay a little to get what I was promised

Thanks for the positive feedback on my new changes, it's really appreciated.

I think the only thing I've done wrong is the orange tail light bezels, according the masses. I'm good with them for now, maybe a change for the future.
