the grill is from a v-6 and there are no gt badges. Or 5.0 badges on the side.

Apples and oranges. I know if I burned out 70 yards I'd brag to my friends that I ripped it almost a football field. Just an exaggerated estimate =P

For most people in real life, this test is far more meaningful than all the 1/4 mile stats some people upchuck. The Camaro is the best car for hoonin'.

They are.

Unless Ford changed the tires they use for the Mustang, (Michelin I believe) they've allways been harder. I don't get it.

Oh, and, this video makes me really hate torque management even more.

hoonin'?? Wiki didn't offer a definition for hoonin', lol.

Ok, why didn't they use an SRT8? The 5.7 Hemi isn't all that, regardless of what the numbers say. I want the Camaro to win, but I want it to beat the best the competition has to offer, ala the 2011 Mustang instead of a 2010 Mustang. It should have been an SRT8.

As a side note, could explain some of the 1/4 mile difference between the '11 Mustang-'10 Camaro. Just throwing that out there, even though I know it probably doesn't mean squat, lol.

Actually, if you read, that's a V8 California Special. So the grill and badging is different.

Nice contest!

Simple physics should tell you that the heaviest machines will leave the longest burnout marks.

If a city bus could burn out the patch would be for miles LOL
