I think the true gains from this intake would be the two normal curves. The blue "stock curve should be thrown out IMO, and claims should be based on the same car that has not seen timing pulled. The gains do look real, just not as large as you have stated.

For reference, stock ported OEM LS3 intakes with a tune have ahown about 12-15+ whp, so the gains here (throwing out the stock blue gragh) look healthy and normal.

The better question would be how much for this intake?

Look at the gains from just a tune to a tune and intake and it shows you how good this intake is......if you really want to throw away the blue graph. You can not take away the timing retard with the stock graph because that is a stock car.

This should be a very close representation of a production version.

The graphs I think speak for themselves. We in no way did anything to alter the Numbers that isn't the standard practice. We couldn't believe them ourselves but the dyno doesn't lie. Also as stated before (i think) we are not the ones who even ran the test. Another company torq ran them on there own independent dyno. We are glad that we can achieve these types of numbers though. We really do pride ourselves on providing the best that we can at a reasonable if not great price.

Stock power should be measured at an optimal condition (without retard), this will provide a true basis for comparison. So if you ignore the blue gragh, and look at the other two you see that the LSR intake is providing more air and thus more power. We would like to see that this intake will supply more power to the cylinders, and the above two graphs illustrate just that.

In short, this intake looks like it works. The gains we will see on a properly running car are indeed real, just not as good as you suggest in the OP.
