At our altitude a boost a pump is not necessary. If he does decide to go to lower altitude our do some extreme racing I would recommend at minimum a boost a pump.

It is also the G5XB camshaft. I will try and find someone to video it. My videographer is at a internship in California right now.
I would look into the Cobrajet 80# injectors (made by Siemens Deka). Greg Banish mentioned that the ZR1 injectors don't have a spray pattern that cooperates well with LS3 heads, since the port design of the LS9 has different geometry, they end up just spraying down the wall of the port instead of the back of the valve.

I'd be curious to see the duty cycle and rail pressure that thing's doing! That's a damn lot of power.

If there is a stock pump on it i would be careful and watch the pressure drop during the run but im sure your doing that already.

Impressive numbers, I've not dyno'ed mine yet but I am very happy with the Kooks 2" headers and full 3" catback. Sounds wicked.

Rail Pressure was holding @ 55 PSI and the Duty cycle is @ 85 %. I think at the altitude were this car is going to live in the 6500 to 10000 feet range we will be fine. Sea level or extreme racing I would recommend a dual fuel pump set up.

These are SAE corrected #'s so uncorrected # is less. Also this is with a V-3 Si Trim 1150 CFM.

Oh ok. That why no pump needed. at your altitude your at maybe 560wHp to 580wHP so pump just running out but SAE corrects for altitude so if you were at sea level it would be 680wHP..
what is your altitude?

It depends on the day but in Colorado Springs we are at roughly 6000 feet physically- We see the DA go over 10,000 regularly during the summer. Its so dam bad here its not uncommon to re-jet a carburetor several times in a day at Bandimere Speedway.

yea when i looked at altitude I was guessing that you were definately over 5000feet to lose that kind of HP...
at that altitude and DA your stock camaro would of been slower then when my SRT4 was stock..
dude id move..
I thought my stock camaro ss was slow here at about sea level..
I was mad that the track near me was at 608ft and when I ran the DA was 1403..
I feel bad for you man..

I have never seen a DA lower than 7500 feet in the springs. It is normally in the 8k range. I think that is why Nascar and Indycar pulled out from the speedway here.

what is your altitude?
The actual altitude at RMCR's shop is about 6300 ft.

Mike, is that cam you put in, the same one that is in the black LS3 Corvette that is always parked in your shop?
