Im getting the entire front end wrapped in about a week. I couldnt stand that line either on my black. I had the fenders and hood and front bumper done in 3m for free by a friend but couldnt take my eye off that line, so Im getting the everything from the mirrors forward wrapped.

The only reason that makes sense to NOT put a clear bra is if the chips just don't bother you!

I think the poll says it all.
Well, keep in mind my perspective is a little different being that here in SoCal we don't have a "bug season" so if you avoid driving behind gravel trucks on the freeway you can manage to keep your front end somewhat pit free. In all honesty... clear bras mean more business for us so I'm all for them... sells more of our clear polish

Clear Bra's give you a second chance with your ORIGINAL PAINT!!!!!!!
if you say you can always repaint the nose, but then your car has been repainted, and some of these metalics are not going to match as well, and the next buyer of that car or your friend is going to wonder what else has been painted and for what reason???? Clear Bra's are cheap insurance for your ORIGINAL PAINT. scratch it, damage it, and peel the damage off ,and your back to a brand new car again and then you can decide if it was worth the cost

I was thinking that a daily driven camaro should need the clear bra. I could be wrong.

Why would you NOT do it on a daily driver?

Yea, I'm curious about that too... why WOULDN'T you get it if it's a daily driver? As a daily driver, aren't you a little more likely to need it from rocks/bugs/etc?

I am pretty sure he mis spoke. You would need one even mroe with a daily driver as you are out on the roads more. The more you drive it the more you need it... doesnt matter wether you drive it in town or on the freeway. Either way you will get damage. Now if you dont drive it, trailer it to car shows, and it just sits in a garage all of the time then there is no need. But I doubt there are many Camaros out there that were purchased for that limited amount of use.

if you don't like lines, get a full hood & fender wrap.

before you do it I would clay bar the entire car and make sure any and all scratches or swirls etc, are polished out first, that way you protect perfect paint not dirty blemished paint :-)

When my dealer was showing me cars he opened the doors and hit the camaros parked next to it. Had I not been there catching the door(Thinking wow wtf is up with this guy) he would have nearly dinged every car on the parking lot.

Wish i had installed my clear bra a month earlier before my front end looked like the terrain of the moon.....

I must say though, i think the paint does need some curing time to harden, i was driving the car really 2 weeks after it was painted. but thats my 2 cents
