I give my buddy a hard time because he's driving a Pontiac G6, which he coulda easily traded in for a G8 a while back or even get cash back for a Camaro. But I know why he's holding out, the a-hole is waiting on that Corvette.......LOL.

i say dont worry about it. i have a friend who annoys the hell out of me. when i told him i bought a v6 camaro, he goes on bragging how is s13(nissan 240z) would kill my car in turns and what not. Then, he goes on rambling about his mom's infiniti m45 costing more than my camaro and having better quality as a japanese car compared to an american car. I mean OMG, i just wanted to smack him!

Maybe you need to understand what a best friend is. Doesn't sound like a best friend. The term "Best Friend" is for young people, as it really doesn't mean much. I have found in later years I have REAL friends and people who I talk with. REAL friends are encouraging, helpful, and treat YOU like THEY want to be treated. DON'T let these SO CALLED best friends upset you and take away YOUR PEACE. I think you need to aquire NEW friends that are true to you and NOT evil. GOD BLESS YOU !!!

If he's as close as you say it really shouldn't bother you to catch crap about your ride. My best friend is a big time ford guy and never lets me hear the end about having a camaro ,but I know in the end he would do anything for me and that's all that matters.

Just this weekend we had our rides at a local car show ,and they also had tractors in the show. I said to him about one of the old tractors ,and he said "The only reason to have a tractor at a car show would be to push all the chevys in the dig beside the show." It didn't upset me. I just come back with one on his fords.
