I have Priority #1 on mine as well. And yes, I had to do a little dealer education yesterday as well.

All we can do at this point is sit and wait for production orders to be dropped and start taking bets on who will get their car first on the forums.

Good luck to everyone on getting their car as soon as they can. Unfortunately, they can't all be built at the same time, so as someone mentioned, some of us will be waiting for our cars to arrive. But what a wait. It will be worth it when you take that first ride home..........

i think my order sheet read "Priority: 10" why would he put priority that low!?

I ordered red now lets hope 2SS/RS is built first you know try to build the most complex cars first haha. Mine will proably be one of the last reds ones made. Prob. LS,1LT,2LT,1SS,2SS start out easy and get harder with more parts. Im prob. way off though haha.

The ChevyLaunch.com site instructs dealers to prioritize their orders either by customer or sequence or whatever in order to coordinate production and delivery. The guy at your dealership with "priority 1" will rank ahead of you on the production line and actual delivery.

Good luck. I was order #1 and have priority 1 on my copy of the workbench order printout.

Turbo...do you have a copy of the GM Order Workbench printout from your order? If not, go get one. It will have your 6 character alpha-numeric order number and all the pertinent build info. The priority number is at the bottom right of the section "model/order information" on the first page of the 2-page printout.

i am kinda confused about my priority number my dealer only ordered one before mine but my priority number is 11. the only thing i can figure bc its not that big of a dealership is he's ordering mine through another dealer he bought an allocation from.

anyone think this sounds right or am i crazy

unless your paying more then MSRP i dont know how that dealer would make any money doing that.
