UPDATE: It was my next door neighbor who called the cop on "masturbating boy" last night. One officer saw him and chased, but lost him somewher by highway 290. Found out that when he did this last week, he had a knoose with him. Won't be surprised if he comes again next week. They had helicoptors out also last night.
